The board of ETEN represents ETEN in external matters and coordinates internal affairs between meetings. The board organises also the official meetings.

The board members are elected by the Exchange Coordinators (ECO’s) for a period of two years. Every member institution has one ECO and one vote for the elections. To avoid a complete change of the board, one year the ECO’s elect two board members and the other year they elect three board members.
